The Yarn, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing, Finishing, Shipping, all happen in our facilities in China. The main products that we specialize in include Ready to wear, Fashion Apparel, Women's wear, Men's wear, Children's wear, Kids, Sweater&Knitwear, Seamless, Lingerie, Kids, Socks, Scarf, Accessories, etc. And our garments ranges are made of various of middle/high qualities, like as cotton / bamboo / linen / hemp / viscose / modal / polyester / lace / Filament Silk / Spun Silk / Silk blending / cashmere / cashmere blending / Merino wool / wool blending / mohair qualities etc apparel. And also our all garments reach Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and REACH.

WINTERS own sampling-center, Workshops, R& D Center(Research&develop)Tech Center, Fabric and Accessory Sourcing Departments. In our sampling room, there are more than 10 technicians with professional skills and many years working experience. Style Design and Development Center

WINTERS own independent design and development center.Eight permanent designers and assistants with multi-category design and research experience, especially the unique treatment experience for Textile and Accessories. WINTERS also have exchanges and cooperation with independent studios and designers from international. That will ensure the design and research and development of styles according to fashion trends and customer brand positioning on a quarterly basis every year. track fashion trends in time, and enrich customer brand products diversity and design sense.

Technical Department

Apparel Pattrn Making and Sampling Center

WINTERS own independent technical center. With all kinds of sewing. cutting. ironing. special machines. and others auxiliary equipment required in the Woven&Knit field. It is suitable for making various styles of sample Apparel and sales samples. Also able to finish sample from cutting to finish products independently. The technical center own technical and sewing person more than 30 employees. Who have rich working experience. With complete software and hardware facilities. and excellent technology to ensure that they can finish the style and sample Apparel consistent with the design according to the requirements of customers and designers.

Laboratory

Textile and Accessories Development and Testing Center

WINTERS own independent Textile material testing and development laboratory.We can test the character and date of Fabric and accessories independently. In additionnal, We also have exchanges and cooperation with triparty laboratories in many countries. Various reports and product quality certificates can be issued according to customer requirements. Such as Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and REACH. Provid OGANIC /GOTS / GRS / RCS / LENZING / RDS / RWS /ECO / BLUESIGN /RECYCLE / Sustainability certificateand other certifications.
